SITEKI ROADSHOW RESCHEDULED TO FRIDAY AS BUILD-UP TO 40 YEARS CELEBRATION CONTINUES

The Ministry of Home Affairs has announced a change to the date of the Siteki roadshow, one of the key public mobilisation activities in the build-up to the national commemoration of 40 years of His Majesty King Mswati III’s reign.

The roadshow, which had originally been scheduled for Wednesday, 15 April 2026, will now take place on Friday, 17 April 2026.

The Ministry said the adjustment affects the Siteki activation in the Lubombo Region, particularly communities within the Siteki corridor, and urged members of the public to take note of the revised date.

Meanwhile, the Mankayane and Malkerns roadshows will continue as scheduled on Saturday, 18 April 2026.

Government has also reminded the public that all roadshows in both the Lubombo and Manzini regions will begin at 10:00 hrs.

The roadshows form part of the growing nationwide mobilisation campaign ahead of the historic celebration marking four decades of His Majesty’s leadership — a reign widely associated with peace, stability, cultural pride and national development.

The Ministry of Home Affairs has expressed regret for any inconvenience caused by the change and thanked emaSwati for their understanding and continued support as the country builds momentum towards this important national occasion.
